The MPA Pharma group is owner-managed and its headquarters is located in Trittau, near Hamburg in Germany. It is the sole parent company of the distribution subsidiary EMRAmed, which is based in Germany and operates in the German-speaking world. Since 2012, the MPA Pharma group has been the majority shareholder of Paranova Group A/S. Effective November 2016, MPA Pharma group assumes the remaining share of Paranova Group A/S and thus becoming a 100% shareholder.
